“Indian Summer.” is what the weather emagineers are calling this projected week of above normal pleasant temperatures. And, I’ve always thought Indian summer followed squaw Winter. I swear my mind slipping faster’n’faster everyday it’s getting harder’n’harder to know what to thunk any more!

By Golly Whiz, I do think Sneak and I have finally gotten Dumpy truck’s front brakes working properly. Almost a frame off dismantling some of the miserable trucks larger part portions we got some wrenching all the way to the knitty gritty problem brake line fittings. We’ve no more leaks right now. (grin)

Sneak and I assisted in unpack aging about eight bushels bread stuff for animal feed this afternoon.
The ladies really seam to go for the baked goods goodies.

Late afternoon on into evening I cut another hay field. From my office window and door I enjoyed last weeks light touch of frost on some trees extremities.

Sometimes it isn’t easy getting by our home lands pasture security forces!
Will bale, haul, and wrap haulage tomorrow.

Had fresh homemade Shorthorn country vegetable-beef soup made with fresh garden carrots, potatoes, onions, celery vegetables. Followed with a cherry topped cheese cake.
